Cost Effective Alternatives

At UCC we are happy to offer cost effective alternatives to common medications at a fraction of the brand and/or generic price.  Some examples of these medications are Sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra) and Tadalafil (the active ingredient in Cialis).

These medications are offered in a Rapid Dissolve Tablet format. These are provided in packages of ten, and pleasantly flavoured raspberry/mango to mask any bitterness of the drug. Rapid dissolve tablets (RDTs) are absorbed through the oral mucosa, therefore allowing this route of administration to generally provide a quicker onset of action and excellent bioavailability. This also means fewer side effects than their oral counterparts. The strength of these tablets can be adjusted to the specific needs of the patient.

Both medications can also be supplied in standard capsule format, however there are some strength restrictions in this format.
